The Alabama Board of Architects requires all architects to complete 12 continuing education hours each year. CEU credits must be specifically related to Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW). Architects must verify that they have completed the required continuing education credits upon renewing their license. In addition, all CEU credits must be earned in a structured learning environment
Alaska Architects are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education by December 31st every two years. All 24 hours of continued education must be on approved Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) topics.
