Does the State of Mississippi offer reciprocity with other states?

Mississippi offers reciprocity for commercial certification. Applicators will need to complete a Reciprocity Form and attach a copy of the front and back of their commercial certification card from their state of residence.

How do I become a licensed pesticide applicator in Mississippi?
  1. Make sure you meet Mississippi's qualifications.
    • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 4 years experience with a licensed operator within the last 6 years. This experience must be in the categories you wish to become licensed in.
      OR
    • Complete 15 semester hours or equivalent in the appropriate licensing categories.
  2. Submit an application to the
